Other than Singapore, we also ship internationally.
 
Which carrier do you use to ship my order?
For orders within Singapore, we ship using SingPost SmartPac. International orders are shipped using SingPost Registered Mail and will be registered with tracking.
 
How much is the shipping?
Local shipping within Singapore (SingPost SmartPac)
For orders below SGD60, a shipping cost of SGD4.00 will be applied.
For orders SGD60 and above, FREE shipping.
 
International orders (SingPost Registered Mail)

For orders below SGD180, shipping costs are as follow:
Malaysia, Brunei – SGD10.00
Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, rest of South East Asia – SGD25.00
Australia, New Zealand, Japan, United Kingdom, U.S.A and rest of the world – SGD33.00
 
For orders SGD180 and above, FREE shipping.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Please note that due to the COVID-19 situation, there may be delays for all international shipments. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes, and items that are lost in transit.
 
Where do I update my shipping address?
Orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided at the checkout. Please ensure the details of the address is complete and accurate before you placed an order as we cannot be responsible or liable for lost packages which have arrived to the address you have provided.
 
Will I be charged handling fees, duties and taxes?
You may be charged for duties, taxes or any surcharges which may be imposed by your country as your order passes through customs, in addition to handling/storage fees imposed by the courier (if applicable). Any charges on a parcel shall be paid and borne by the person receiving the parcel. If required by local authorities, the courier company may reach out to you for official documents, such as tax invoices or proof of payment, to facilitate customs clearance. Please note that gifts will still need to go through standard import procedures, as determined by the custom laws in each designation country, and are taxable if the value of the gift is above a stated local threshold.

We have no control over these charges and are unable to advise you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Kindly contact your local customs office for current import charges before you order, to confirm your local tax and duty fees.
