Order and Payment

How do I track my order?
All bracelets are made to order and thus orders placed will be processed and shipped within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment. It may take longer than that for customised orders and we will keep you updated via email on the status.
 
We will notify you via an email once we have shipped out your order and in the email you will find details on how to track your parcel’s progress. 
 
Can I edit/cancel my order?
We may be able to make changes to your order if your order is yet to be shipped. Please contact us immediately after your order has been placed to check the status.
 
Unfortunately NO cancellation is allowed after an order has been placed.
 
How will my jewelleries arrive?
Each jewellery is carefully inspected before packaged in a jewellery box and came with a pouch for your convenience when you go out. On some occasions, we may surprise you with some gifts too. In our effort to support go green plan, we are trying to use packaging materials that can be either reused or recycled.
 
Can I send the jewelleries as a gifts?
Yes, of course! We are more than delighted that you chose Yunn & Sol as your gifts to your loved one. We do provide a gift box where it consists of the jewellery in the jewellery box, a pouch and carefully wrapped in gift wrapping paper. We can add in your personalised message on the gift card too. Drop us a message anytime.
 
Can you customise a piece of jewellery for me?
Of course! Send us an email at yunn.and.sol@gmail.com for further discussion.
 
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by PayPal, a secure payment gateway to pay for your order.
 
If you’re based in Singapore and wish to pay via PayNow, please refer to the following instructions:

Step 1: Select "Bank Deposit" in the Payment page. Ensure shipping details are correct and click "Complete Order". 

Step 2: Follow the payment transfer instructions and make payment via PayNow.

*Please check the phone number and recipient name before transfer.

Step 3: Please send a screenshot of the PayNow payment transfer to yunn.and.sol@gmail.com or DM us at @yunn.and.sol in Instagram immediately after you have made payment. Payment has to be done within 24 hours after order placed in order to secure the items, after which items will be released back to the online store if payment is not received within 24 hours.

Step 4: Once payment has been received, your order will be processed and shipped out according to our processing time. We will keep you informed on the progress via email.
